Architect of Record
As AoR, we work in late stages of the project: the construction documents. We assure the urban or landscape project meets design standards, local building codes, entitlements and permits. We work through BIM methodology to meet the most demanding project deadlines.

We take leadership of urban or landscape projects under a BIM and VDC methodology. We establish BIM processes, manage those involved, and set objectives to meet the project deadlines and requirements. We integrate the exterior project disciplines through a “in-cloud” virtual construction model, through which collaborative work promoted.
In addition, we ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated correctly for its success.

We offer urban and landscape high-quality photorealistic rendering service for your project. We have the technical capacity to generate renders from 2D plans or from an existing 3D model.
Whether for commercial or design process purposes, our exterior renderings are detailed with materials and plant species. In addition to the traditional rendering service, we offer photorealistic virtual tours and 3D renders.

We design irrigation systems for urban and landscape projects. We study the irrigation needs of the project and engineer the systemin such a way that water resources are used efficiently.
Our team of experts performs the irrigation engineering for the proper functioning of the system. We rely on BIM processes and tools for the drawing of plans and the exact calculation of the necessary materials.

We design outdoor lighting for public and private spaces. Our design criteria are based on satisfying the lighting needs according to the use of the space, whether it is merely aesthetic or to carry out a specific activity. We rely on CPTED standards for safe space design.
For the design process, we use light analysis software, and thus know with certainty what the result will be. Finally, we carry out the electrical engineering for the execution of the project.

Our site survey service integrates traditional methodologies but is supported by state-of-the-art technology. Through drones, we carry out a photogrammetric survey of the site, in which we efficiently obtain the information of the site for its visualization and integration into the BIM design process.
The resulting information will be delivered either in CAD or a 3D model.
